Audrey A Ozols

Audrey has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Device, digital health, and Health Information Technology. Her expertise includes health economics, reimbursement, health policy, government affairs, product development, marketing, product launch, and global health systems. She recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for VYRTY Corporation, a portable patient medical record technology, leading market access strategy and product feature development to ensure value for providers and patients. Prior to this role, she served as the Global Director of Market Access for the Health Informatics and Monitoring business unit at Medtronic. In this role, Audrey led a team of market access specialists to provide strategic planning for health information and monitoring solutions, optimize reimbursement, generate health economic evidence, and create value-based healthcare (VBH) payment models for payers and provider groups. Her passion to gain patient access to novel medical technologies extends back through her many market access leadership roles at Liva Nova (formerly Sorin Group), Gore Medical, and Pfizer. Her focus today is accelerating access to disruptive health solutions that significantly improve patient lives, ensures a more efficient healthcare system and advances population health. This passion is fueled by her recent, personal experience navigating the complexities of the US healthcare system to obtain the right diagnosis for her daughter after 4 years of searching, and to achieve optimal care coordination to improve her daughter’s quality of life.


She currently is a reviewer of pragmatic clinical trials for PCORI, an advisor to AZ BIO and Dysautonomia International. She holds a BS in Chemistry, and MBA from Arizona State University. She also has her graduate certificate in Health Economic Outcomes Research from University of Washington, and is certified in Medical Statistics from Stanford Medical University.
